Trainer Certification
A distinct route: trainers qualify on the standard and on teaching it. Scoped with your program; not a self-serve credential.
Scope trainer certification →Human Certification
Prepare more of your team to handle the work that currently depends on your strongest performers, and prove they can apply the judgment when the conversation gets difficult.

How it works
01
Roleplay the real situations of your environment against the governed standard.
02
Each response is compared to the expert reference: what was noticed, what was protected, what came next.
03
Qualification is earned on difficult scenarios, not on attendance.
04
As the standard and the environment change, mastery is re-demonstrated.
Practice inside the product
Write the response, reveal the expert reference, keep both together in Memory Bank.
Trainers
A distinct route: trainers qualify on the standard and on teaching it. Scoped with your program; not a self-serve credential.
Scope trainer certification →People and agents are trained and evaluated against the same expert standard, so readiness evidence is comparable.
Plan a shared rollout →What is actually tested
A knowledge test tells you someone read the material. These five behaviours are what separate your strongest performers from the rest of the floor, and they are what the assessment measures.
Whether they hear the stated objection or the thing behind it.
Whether they can say the uncomfortable thing plainly instead of defending the offer.
Whether the next question opens the real decision or restates the pitch.
Whether they recognise the boundary and end the commercial thread rather than working around it.
Whether the next person — or the agent — can pick it up from what they left behind.
Completion tells you someone sat through the program. A qualification tells you what they can be trusted with, in which environments, and under what conditions. Practice and roleplay are how they get ready; nothing that happens in a practice session becomes the record.
What the manager receives
The point of a cohort assessment is not a score distribution. It is knowing who to put on which conversations on Monday, and what to do about the people who are not there yet.
Remediation is targeted at the specific behaviour the analysis found, not a repeat of the whole course.
01 · Cohort readiness
Who is cleared, who is cleared with limits, who is not cleared yet — across the whole group, on one standard.
02 · Per-person scope
The environments and conversation types each person is cleared for, and the ones they should not be handed yet.
03 · The specific gap
Which of the five behaviours failed and in what pattern — the read was right and the response was wrong, or the read was wrong from the start.
04 · Targeted remediation
Practice aimed at that gap, then a re-test on that scope alone. Nobody repeats what they already demonstrated.
05 · The revalidation date
When the proof needs re-establishing, and which changes bring that date forward.
How it spreads
Shadowing does not scale and a recording is not a standard. This is the loop that moves one person's judgment into everyone else's hands.
01
What the strong performer notices, and why — written as a standard rather than left as instinct.
02
Real situations from their own environment, with the miss explained each time rather than scored silently.
03
Comparable evidence across the group, so a difference in the record is a difference in readiness.
04
The next person joins the standard, not a person's calendar. That is the part that survives a resignation.
